“At what point did you earn the right to quit?” This…this is the question that summarizes my life lately. In my own little defense, I haven’t completely quit (don’t panic, I didn’t denounce God or anything like that)…I just fell into “the sunken place” of laziness. Life got a little scressful (no not stressful, I passed that a while ago), my schedule changed, hours have this way of turning into days, & days keep becoming months. Eventually, I looked up one day, and couldn’t find my discipline. I couldn’t access that ‘ok…do it anyway…the hustle doesn’t stop because _____’ mentality. Baby girl was TIRED, ok! I used tired as an excuse to fall off…of everything. You may have noticed that it’s been a few weeks since a new post was uploaded. I stopped working out (used my hair as an excuse & everything lol). You may be thinking that I’m talking without purpose, I promise Im not (lol). I’m telling you this because…

The story is told in Genesis 19 of the destruction of Sodom & Gomorrah. Sodom & Gomorrah was…..a mess. You name it, it happened there. Eventually, God….got a little upset & decided to destroy it (ALL of it). However, before He set it ablaze, He sent a few angels down because He didn’t want to destroy Lot. The angels made their way to Lot’s house & said (warning, Valencia Version coming soon) “Pssst!!! You need to get out of here. It’s about to go down. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. Don’t turn around. Get….out” Lot leaves the city with his family, but he didn’t make it to Zora with all of his family (very unhappy ending). Why? Well….what had happened was….

Today, we start a 3 part journey following the story of Lazarus’ death & resurrection. Why 3 parts? Well, the more I read & thought about it, the more I wrote, and I wouldn’t dare upload something that long. Also, while it’s one story, each segment kind of deals with something different.
