Diagnostic evaluation fee includes up to three specimens for Campylobacter culture. Specimens may not be pooled. There will be an additional $6 fee per specimen over three specimens. Antimicrobial susceptibility testing will automatically be set up on significant pathogens. For the antimicrobial susceptibility charge, see antimicrobial susceptibility. If no antimicrobial susceptibility is requested, please specify on the submission form. All reported organisms will be saved for approximately one month. Viability is not guaranteed.
