With over 12 years of experience in the child care and education field, Clover Herdman has served in a variety of roles that demonstrate her dedication to supporting children’s growth and learning. She began her career as an in-home child care provider before transitioning into a paraprofessional role for both elementary and middle school students. Herdman later advanced to become the director of a large child care center, where she earned her child development associate credential. She is enthusiastic about supporting child care programs by applying the Environmental Rating Scale in partnership with Quality Care of South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã.
