Biography
Jessica Winterboer is the clinical instructor for the Respiratory Care Program in Brookings/Madison, South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã. She earned her associates degree in 2010 from à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã State University and later completed her bachelor's degree in 2014. She is currently pursuing her masters degree in public health (MPH) from South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã State University. Jessica has extensive experience in both urban and rural healthcare settings. Her career started at Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls and later expanded to small rural hospitals, including Sanford Health in Aberdeen and Prairie Lakes Health System in Watertown. Her clinical background includes neonatal, pediatric, adult, emergency room, charge therapist and Intensive Air/AirMed flight team. With that experience, she worked in rural healthcare, with adult and pediatric outpatient services, administrative duties and providing community and in facility education.
