Biography

Dr. Kerry Blanton is a 2000 graduate from the Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in Indiana. Since graduation, she has worked in various states including Texas, Oklahoma, Delaware, Indiana and Mississippi in private practices including mixed à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã, small à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã, emergency services and high-quality, high-volume spay and neuter. Blanton joined SDSU as an assistant professor of companion à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã medicine teaching in the Professional Program for Veterinary Medicine. Her vast experience in all types of veterinary practice throughout 25 years as a practicing veterinarian are truly an asset to the program.
