Biography
Matthew Vukovich is professor and associate dean for research for the College of Education and Human Sciences. He served as department head of Health and Nutritional Sciences at SDSU form 2010 until 2017. He received his B.S. (1988) and M.S. (1990) from Iowa State University in Ames, and earned his Ph.D. from Ball State University (1993) in human bioenergetics. He was awarded a postdoctorate fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Vukovich has been at SDSU since 1999.
