Riley Mounsdon
Instructor of Natural Resource Law Enforcement
Biography
My name is Riley Mounsdon, and I am the natural resource law enforcement instructor within the Department of Natural Resource Management at South à£à£Ö±²¥Ðã State University. I grew up in Osakis, Minnesota, and inherited a deep passion for the outdoors, hunting and fishing from my family. This, coupled with an interest and family experience with law enforcement, drew me to SDSU for my undergraduate education. After my undergraduate degree, I decided to pursue a master’s in fisheries science. While pursuing my master’s, I also found a passion for teaching. This position is a perfect fit to merge my knowledge of law enforcement and fisheries science with my passion of teaching the next generation of officers, managers and natural resource management professionals.
