As a lifelong learner deeply invested in a strengths mindset, Shelly Bayer enjoys the opportunity to assist students directly in their comprehensive development during their higher education experience.
Prior to her current role, she worked in educational development and served as a faculty member teaching courses in leadership development, learning development and critical reading and thinking.
