Services include registration, dropping and adding courses, changing an address, submitting a preferred name, applying for graduation and accessing enrollment verifications, grades, degree audits and transcripts. The Registrar鈥檚 Office also provides services for credit transfers, major changes, graduation and production of the semester course schedule.
鈥淚 am honored to serve as the next registrar at SDSU. I look forward to working with faculty, staff and students to ensure the records and registration services continue to support student success while exploring new ways to enhance the student experience,鈥 said Kilmer, registrar and director of the Office of Records and Registration.

She served in the Office of Continuing and Distance Education since 2010, as student services facilitator, assistant director and the last 3 陆 years as its director. Among her duties, Kilmer facilitated development of the office鈥檚 strategic plan, managed its budget and oversaw all aspects of operations, department functions and compliance to provide support to more than 60 SDState programs approved for online or distance delivery.
As assistant director, she was also responsible for support services for more than 4,500 students enrolled in SDState online and distance education courses each semester.
