"Two Ways Down" is an installation pairing projected animation with thrown shadows cast from rotating paper dioramas. The immersive environment created in this work is inspired by Laura Heit’s consideration of Hieronymous Bosch’s "Garden of Earthly Delights." It beautifully visualizes the split second when disaster strikes and nature and civilization collide.

This exhibit coincides with our exhibition of films by Laura Heit.
