Wellness Center Youth Programs

Our Sports Performance Training program provides athletes with the skills and abilities to succeed at their respective sports. As the athletic demands of sport continue to increase, the preparation of the athlete must rise to meet it. Every athlete in the Sports Performance Training program will receive an individual program created by a qualified strength and conditioning professional who is specific to their goals and abilities. In addition to their physical training, athletes will receive personalized nutrition education to help them fuel their bodies and other educational resources to allow the athlete to excel in their sport.

Performance evaluations will be periodically provided.

*Substitute up to two sessions of Sports Performance Training for two nutrition counseling sessions with our registered dietitian.
